Alejandro has over 15 years’ experience in the transport industry, focused mainly on demand and revenue forecasts to support projects under public private partnership (PPP) arrangements.
In his early career, Alejandro focused on the planning and implementation of the highly-regarded TransMilenio bus rapid transit system in Bogota. From there, he moved to working in transport consultancy, first with Jacobs and then with Leigh Fisher, on the planning and feasibility assessment of major transport infrastructure projects around the world. Alejandro has supported clients around the world in a wide range of markets, including highway and public transport.
At Steer, Alejandro supports the global infrastructure team with an emphasis on the demand and revenue projects in the Americas.
