Steer Davies Gleave has been recognised as one of the top 100 companies for graduates to work for in the UK, by careers website The Job Crowd. It ranks alongside high profile companies like Microsoft, Waitrose, Sky and Transport for London.
The Job Crowd carries out an annual survey of recent graduates who are successfully employed in a graduate scheme, and asks them to appraise the pros and cons of their new employer.
This year’s survey gave graduates an opportunity to rank aspects of their company and role including work/life balance, career progression, training opportunities and company culture.
Feedback for SDG included positive comments like “I’m encouraged to try as wide a variety of projects as possible, to find out which areas I enjoy” and “The best thing about SDG is the culture.” Training ranked particularly highly which is evidence of SDG’s commitment to the on-going development of its workforce.
This is the second consecutive year that Steer Davies Gleave has been recognised as a top workplace for graduates.
