Bree Swenson, Air Pollution Specialist, California Air Resources Board, USA
Bree is an Air Pollution Specialist in CARB’s Sustainable Transportation and Communities Division. Lead on the Sustainable Transportation Equity Project grant programme, Bree previously worked on the CivicSpark AmeriCorps program under CivicWell. Bree graduated with an Anthropology degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Caitlin Vargas, President, Board of Directors, Lane Transit District, Oregon, USA
President of Lane Transit District’s Board and Startup Community Director for Onward Eugene, Caitlin is also on the American Public Transportation Association Board, along with top transit professionals from across the USA. In 2018, Caitlin was recognized as one of Oregon’s “20 Under 40” for her civic involvement.
Michelle Go, Principal Planner, Shared Mobility, Metropolitan Transportation Commission, San Francisco Bay Area, USA
Michelle plans and delivers projects that improve travel options, spanning transit, parking, operational, and transportation demand management strategies. She currently focuses on developing and managing shared mobility pilot programs to incentivize bike commuting and supporting employers with commute platforms to reduce drive alone rates.

Alia leads the US New Mobility team, exploring the potential and impact of disruptive transportation technologies in cities. Alia’s work covers a range of new mobility services — micromobility, ridesharing and on-demand services – along with implementation of ZEVs and automation in the context of shared use business models.
